The lion and....
The lion and.... the lamb? Or maybe a goat? Alpaca? Who knows? A colourful, crocheted post-box topper anyway. Both snapped on my way home through Saltaire village.
The lions do have their place, even now, with meaning strength and nobility somehow. A crochet critter that has just 2 legs but an animal head is definitely something cute and whimsical!
Whatever it is it's had one too many to drink.

ReplyDeleteThe lion and the lamb! I think it is.
But...
Love that little llama.

ReplyDeleteLove the lamb and the fierce lion.
ReplyDeleteThat's quite a critter on the post box. And I love your obligatory shots in the previous post.
ReplyDeleteWhimsy with that second one.
