Clouds reflected

I never think Redcar Tarn, above Keighley, is the most scenic spot, though it offers a perimeter walk and the sight of lots of birds - ducks, geese and gulls. It's just a bit boring somehow... The reflection of a blue summer sky in the water did lift it, although if you look closely you can see there is lots of algae in the water, so definitely not a good spot to let your dog loose. Despite the lack of a point of real interest, it was nevertheless a nice place for a short stroll on a warm day.

  1. I feel the same walking around our lake, pretty but "eh"? The temperature is just a bit lower because of the water though.

  2. "The West Yorkshire Road Car Co. Redcar. Yorks." had always intrigued me. Now at last I have learned where Redcar is!
